Ron White 0

Posted by Scott in Site News (Sunday January 30, 2005 at 8:54 pm)

Since Ron White is in town (and I’m going to be in the 5th row for his
show tonight), I thought I would share some quotes:

About an hour later, I was drinking and I forgot. Ever forget? It
happened to me.

I don’t know how many of them it would have taken to whip my ass, but
I knew how many they were going to use.

“Mr. White, you are being charged with drunk in public-K!” I was like,
“Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey! I was drunk in a bar! They, threw me
into public-K! I don’t want to be drunk in public! I wanna be drunk in
a bar, which is perfectly legal! Arrest them!”

When I was seventeen, I was arrested for being drunk in… public.
And one DWI, which was a bogus charge, cause it turns out they were
stopping every driver, traveling down that particular sidewalk. And
that’s profiling. And profiling is wrong!

Other state’s are trying to abolish the death penalty… mine’s
putting in an express lane

See you at the show!

ex-Crip gangsta wants coach Cowher’s job 0

Of course this will never happen, but at least Snoop Dogg has good
taste in football teams.

Oh and if coaching the Steelers would happen to fall through, Mr.
D-O-double-G says he does have a backup plan: “If I wanted to, if I
trained, I could be an NFL wide receiver. ‘Cause I have the ability to
get open.”

NewsFlash! – Fat People Enjoy Sitting! 0

Was this concept so hard to believe that a study had to be done in
order to prove it?

“In unusual research involving uniquely designed underwear,
researchers found that obese people stand or move about much less
during waking hours than lean people do, and therefore burn an average
350 fewer calories per day.”

Oh yeah, and how fun does “uniquely designed underwear” sound!

Man, what a tease that weather forecast was! I was really looking
forward to an afternoon of watching car wrecks on our hill and
building snowmen or something.

Oh well, at least wimer is still making pancakes today.

Anyone know if the wvu game is televised today?
